Quick Overview

50 lb refrigerant recovery cylinder for use in the recovery of CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerants including R-410A. Meets standard specification DOT-4BA-400 and meets or exceeds industry regulations for quality.

Product Description

Unlike some things in life, Worthington's refrigerant recovery cylinders are truly good forever as there is no limit to the amount of times they can be recertified or years they can be used. ARI guidelines require that all refrigerant recovery cylinders must be recertified by hydrostatic testing a minimum of once every five years.

Like all of our products, each refrigerant recovery cylinder meets or exceeds industry regulations for quality and is manufactured in facilities that have won awards for proactive safety practices and regulations.

Retesting by visual inspection alone is not permitted. Worthington Cylinders meets AHRI guidelines and government specifications for CFC, HCFC and HFC recovered refrigerants.

To convert to refrigerant capacity:
Maximum allowable gross cylinder fill weight is 0.8 x water capacity x specific gravity of the refrigerant recovered at 75 degrees Fahrenheit / 25 degrees Celcius + the cylinder tare weight.
